Kaushik Reddy Mallareddygari is a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer and Research Scientist with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani, Goa. He has a strong background in computational sciences, having worked on a wide range of problems including structural, vibrational, fluid flow, and explicit dynamics analyses. Currently, Kaushik is working as an SDE-III at SankhyaSutra Labs Ltd., where he is conducting parametric simulations to study the flow characteristics involved in the wake of an automobile. He is using a variant of the lattice-Boltzmann technique to perform these simulations and is also involved in multiresolution algorithms and massively parallel computing. Prior to his current role, Kaushik worked as an R&D intern at the Aerospace Department of IIT Madras, where he was responsible for developing codes, performing simulations, and deriving the EDAC formulation in terms of physical variables. He also worked as a Design Consultant at Cosmos Fibre Glass Ltd., where he modelled a rotationally moulded fuel tank using SolidWorks and performed hydrostatic pressure and crash tests using ANSYS Static Structural/Explicit Dynamics Models. Throughout his career, Kaushik has demonstrated a strong ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions. He has a deep understanding of various programming languages and software tools and is always eager to learn new skills and technologies. In addition to his technical skills, Kaushik is an excellent communicator and collaborator.
